Scope: The Watermark Studios is an adaptive reuse renovation as part of the Watermark Center formerly known as the Shaw-Walker Complex. Currently under schematic design, the lower (3) levels are designated studio production and post production spaces, while the upper (3) levels are designated hotel and executive suites. The masterplan also features (2) post production theatres, sound stages, executive offices, a restaurant, and rooftop pool among many other amenities.
