Scope: Shoreline Promenade is a multi-use Planned Unit Development which offers build to suit spaces for commercial, retail and office. CDS has been involved with the individual suite build-outs, as well as the Phase 2 building and the Phase 3 schematics.

El Burrito Loco is a 4,000 SF, 150 seat Mexican restaurant which features a bar and outdoor seating.

Intech Sports is a 1,200 SF indoor sports suite which features 2 golf simulators.

Sylvan Learning Center is a 2,000 SF office and learning center.

Kelly Services is an 1,800 SF office suite.
