Scope: Renaissance Place is a newly constructed building in the Downtown Muskegon area, designed to accommodate senior living. All units are spacious and inviting, with nine-foot ceilings, tall windows, bamboo floors, cherry wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Parking is provided at the lowest level of the building. Exterior porches / decks and landscaping with rod iron fence provide a sense of community among residents. Shared amenities and community spaces at each level also add to the feel for fun living.
