Scope: The Phillips School Building is to be renovated as an adaptive re-use, and potentially historic preservation project in Norton Shores, Michigan. The proposed project includes a Housing Navigation Center, transitional housing, permanent supportive housing, and an administration office wing. A future youth center is also planned. Amenities include additional parking, landscaping, play areas / courtyards, group activity rooms / training center, conference rooms and community gardens. This project is also intended to be LEED Certified.
