Scope: Goodwill was a design-build project with Winberg Construction. The building includes a main floor retail area and pick-up and donation drop-off near the backroom for collections and staging of the various items. All aspects of the design were handled by CDS, including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Structural Designs.
