Scope: The Montague Professional Building is designed to be a dentist office in the City of Montague. The design has (8) treatment rooms, a large waiting room, seperate check-in / check-out locations and a rear deck that overlooks White Lake. The development of this site also includes the design and construction of the city parking lot next to the building. The project was designed as a disign-build project in collaboration with Winberg Construction.
